Vitality MLC is based in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Services include Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Projections, Functional Capacity Evaluations, expert review, and testimony, when retained. Vitality MLC provides services for plaintiff and defense counsel, insurers, and other stakeholders, with opinions developed independently of the retaining side.

Dr. Michael Tang has more than 9 years of experience in the field of physical therapy and is the founder of the Vitality MLC LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Florida International University.  He holds the Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) and Certified Medical Cost Projection Specialist (CMCPS) credentials through the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC).
